FEDERAL WORK-STUDY PARTNERSHIPS

AES Literacy Institute partners with colleges and universities to serve as an approved Federal Work-Study site, providing students with paid, meaningful work experiences that align with education, workforce readiness, and community impact.

Through this partnership, institutions can place eligible students in structured roles that support program delivery, operations, and community engagement, while ensuring compliance with Federal Work-Study requirements.

This model allows students to gain real-world experience, institutions to meet placement needs, and AES to expand capacity in a way that is mission-aligned and sustainable.
